Worthing AC Open Meeting

The Worthing Track Night is an open graded meeting licensed by England  Athletics.  The timetable features a double 100m, all athletes get to run twice.  Big screen electronic timing, and free athlete photography,  Heats are graded by time, run fastest first, with finalised start lists  published on the morning of the meeting.  We will use the supplied Season's Best (SB) time for seeding. Please  ensure this is provided. If no SB exists, please enter a realistic  estimated time.
